Dental Hygenists very nice and pleasant!

Riverglen Dental is an extremely well managed office/practice, with great staff, conservative and careful dentists, and I've never, ever had a billing problem (which is extraordinary compared to typical dental practices!).

Professional, friendly, and thorough. I am pleased with everyone at Riverglen.

Let’s admit it, the dentist is not our favorite place to visit. I always try to make a quick visit twice a year for the usual cleaning & x-rays. Unfortunately due to my love of hard candy I needed to get a crown. Yes, I cursed Jolly Rancher himself for putting me in this predicament. I decided to get this procedure as soon as possible. Despite the horrifying sound of the drill, the procedure was quick and most importantly pain free. I could not believe I was out having lunch within a few hours after the procedure. I realized I was chewing with no discomfort at all. As always, Dr. Folk and his staff are the most amazing people. I am thankful to put this scare behind me and I can move on to enjoying a Jolly Rancher. A much softer and hopefully sugar free Jolly Rancher.

We've been going to Riverglen Dental for over 25 years and have always been pleased with Dr. Folk and all of the staff. I've rarely had to wait and today, they even called me to tell me that they were running 10 - 15 minutes behind. They really respect you and your time.

Today I had my teeth cleaned by Wendy. She is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Dr. Hayes looked at my teeth when Wendy was done and found a cavity that involves removing my bridge to fix the tooth that the bridge is attached to, and then replacing the bridge with an implant. Good, professional service does not get any better than this. I have been going to Dr. Hayes for at least 20 years and credit him for saving my teeth. I would recommend Dr. Hayes' practice to any of my family and friends.

I cannot recommend Dr. Hays, Jeremy (dentil hygienist) and the rest of his staff highly enough. I have been going to Dr. Hays since 1984 and would never consider going anywhere else. Dr. Hays taught at Ohio State University for many years and his expertise is excellent. Over the years I have lived many different places and speak from personal experience that his procedures are cutting edge. Need a dentist? Give him a call.

In today for semi annual cleaning. I've been a patient of Dr. Hays for about 5 years or so after the retirement of my previous Dentist of 30 years. I always appreciate the friendly, prompt and superior professional services provided by Dr. Hays, Hygienists and the ladies managing the front desk operations.

Riverglen Dental has been caring for my and my family's teeth for over 20 years. The staff is always friendly and warm, they greet us by name, and make us comfortable and put us at ease from the minute we come through the door. Between regular checkups, they remember our stories and ask us about our lives when we return. When we have an emergency, they bend over backward to get us in to see the dentist as soon as possible at our convenience. The hygienists are wonderful in the same way - putting us at ease in their chairs as they thoroughly clean our teeth. Caring and considerate of our comfort at all times, they keep our teeth healthy! The dentists are top notch! They are comprehensive in their examinations and clear in their assessments. They tell us what must be done, what could be done, and what might come up in the future. We never feel rushed or that our concerns are insignificant. And we never feel like "a dollar amount" they're counting on from our visit. I have always and will continue to recommend Riverglen Dental to all my friends and coworkers.

Went in for a cleaning. The staff was very friendly. They got me in and out very quickly. Overall a great experience.

Appointment was scheduled for 2:20. I arrived at 2:15 and they took me back right on time. Heather did my X-rays and cleaning, Dr. Hayes did final check and I was on my way!

We have been patients of Dr.Folk for many years. Since knowing him, my husband and I have moved to another town, at least 60 minutes away from his office, prior to our move, we were only 15 minutes from his office. My husband and I have elected to continue to see Dr.Folks office, we trust him, he and his office do excellant work.

The staff at River Glen Dental was exemplary today during my daughter’s first visit. She had never been to the dentist before was was nervous and scared. Our hygienist was patient and showed her all of the tools and explained each step of the process. The staff was patient and took the time to move at a slower pace and made my daughter feel comfortable. Once she finally allowed the hygienist to clean her teeth, everyone in the office congratulated her and told her how brave she was and how bright her smile looked. Thank you for recongnizing a scared 4 year old and working with her to make her first visit a positive one!

I've been a patient at Riverglen since the late 60's. As the practice has changed hands, I've had 3 dentists and a dozen hygienists over the years all of whom were supremely competent. The office is well managed and professional. Appointment have always been on time. I would recommend Dr.Hays and his staff to anyone who needs dental service. I have never had an unpleasant experience. I wish all health care providers were as considerate, courteous, friendly and capable as this practice. Five stars!

Last Tuesday, I scheduled an appointment over the phone with one of Riverglen Dental Group's staff. I arrived at the office the following morning and was greeted as usual with kindness and genuine compassion. Immediately following, I was carefully treated by Dr. Hayes and his assistant Marion to re-bond a lingual retainer to the lateral and central incisors of my lower set of teeth. I have never been disappointed and am often pleasantly surprised by how well I am treated here. I will always feel good about going to the dentist if it means that I get to be under the care of Dr. Hayes and Riverglen Dental Group. Thank you so much guys!

I was very happy that your new system sent me a reminder because I would have missed the appointment without that! Also I someone in my office schedule a conference call for 1.5 hours after my appointment and so when I arrived I told the staff at the reception desk that I needed to get in and out as soon as possible. They said no problem you will be out by 9:15 and so it happened. Finally, I love to watch the birds through your big picture windows. Very calming for a person who hates to go to the dentist.

I had to have a small chip fixed in the tooth to the right of my two front teeth. The color match was excellent and the sculpting was first rate. They were also quite timely in their execution. The whole repair only took 20-30 minutes.

I know what I have to work on (yes, I know, floss) without any hint of a guilt trip. Great scenery with a view of the river bike path and trees. Highly recommend a visit.

As soon as I check in Heather is around the corner to open the door and take me back for the cleaning. All of the follow up's reminding me of my cleanings are also a great way to keep my forgetful mind on top of the correct day/time of my appointment.

The folks at Riverglen are all very professional and are very good at what they do. I have been a patient since 1980 after trying out several other dentists before that. My friend, who has been coming to this Dental office for years, called them and they made time for me right away, even though I had never been there. Everyone, from reception, to dental assistants, to Dr. Hayes, we're so welcoming and genuinely friendly and caring. Dr. Hayes examined me and reassured me I was healing fine and did not even charge me! After years of searching for a trustworthy dentist, we finally found Riverglen Dental. Dr. Hays cares about me as a patient, he cares about my teeth (rather than the drill 'em and fill 'em attitude I encountered at other dentists), and the staff are extremely nice. Wendy is an excellent hygienist, and they provide thorough answers to all my questions. The cherry on the top is the location of their office which allows for full window views out onto the river. Such a calming view!

This was my daughter's second visit to the dentist. She received excellent care from our hygienist and Dr. Hayes. The staff throughout the practice was very welcoming and congenial toward my daughter. Our hygienist was very efficient with her time and talked to my daughter at her level. She really put my daughter at ease. My daughter especially loved looking through the prize box at the end of her visit!

Had two old fillings removed due to underside decay. Decay was caught early enough so as not too need a root canal. When new fillings were placed, I needed extra numbing medication and received it very quickly. Staff is alway friendly when I visit.

The receptionist was very polite. Did not have to wait long for my appointment. The dental hygenist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The dental hygenist gave me suggestions for taking good care of my teeth and gums. The dentist reviewed my x-rays with me. The dentist checked all of my filings and crowns to make sure there were no cracks or other damage to the fillings or crowns. I was very pleased with the excellent care received during my dental check up.

The Riverglen Dental group has given the best care I could want for 27 years now.

Always a great experience at Riveglen Dental. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but they make the experience as painless as possible.

We were previously with another dental group which was awful. We were understandably reluctant to try again. A friend referred us to Riverglen - we could not be happier! The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. No one is pushing you into procedures you don't necessarily need at the moment. Dr. Folk and his staff were great and I would definitely recommend them.

I had an area on a tooth that needed preventative work. Dr. Folk was excellent! He took care of it in under 20 minutes and without numbing! going to the dentist is not something I look forward to. However, Riverglen Dental makes the experience as pleasant as possible. Riverglen Dental is by far the best practice I have ever been to!

While Wendy is very pleasant, she does too good a job. In the past I have not dreaded tooth cleaning but with her it is very painful. Still she clearly does an excellent job.

Stopped in for my 6 month cleaning appointment. As always I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff and my hygienist was ready as soon as I'd checked in. The appointment was smooth and actually enjoyable. I had some questions about toothpaste options and Heather answered them clearly and completely. I then saw Dr. Hayes who reviewed my situation with Heather and gave my teeth a quick look with a probe and magnifying loupe. All was good and I was out the door in 30 minutes.

I had a dental problem which needed to be addressed. A space was cleared for me. I anticipated having to wait till I could be seen.. I walked in and was immediately taken to the exam room. My problem was evaluated and diagnosed and I was referred on to a specialist all in the space of 30 minutes.

I have been going here for a very long time and never had any problems. All of the staff is very friendly and courteous they make you feel at ease. The dentists are very professional and honest. When the office moved further away I could of easily found a dental office close to home but I knew I probably would not find the exceptional service I receive at Riverglen.
